GENERAL
TEST AREA
In this area, we perform tests according to specifications of national and international standards, such as: endurance tests to traction, compression or torsion, resistance to moisture, resistance at high voltage, performance of hydraulic type bottle jacks and flexometers or metric tapes, among others.
METALURGIC
LAB
We test the compliance with specifications for raw materials and product in process, doing metallographic studies such as chemical composition of metals, hardness and analysis of the molecular structure of steels in it's different phases.
CHEMICAL
LAB
The quality of the processes is monitored of chromed, phosphated and blued, conducting thorough analyzes of the concentrations in the different stages of these processes and validating them in an accelerated corrosion test in saline camera.
METROLOGY
LAB
It takes the metrological control of all the measurement and test equipment that are used in Grupo Urrea, carrying out calibration programs and verifications guaranteeing the reliability of equipment and therefore the quality of products.
In adittion, specialized assessments for dimensions are made with high precision and versatile equipment.
PROTOTYPING
LAB
The new products, as well innovations, they go through a prototyping process, taking advantage of the use of 3D printers, with which it is ensured that the new developments comply with the defined functional requirements for the needs of the users in terms of efficiency, safety and durability.

RESISTANCE LAB
The integrity of the products packaging is ensured through validation of resistance to vibration and oscillation, as well as resistance to external compression forces and impacts due to free fall, in addition to material composition analysis of the corrugated carton.
